Christine Childress

Vice President, HR and Administration

As Vice President of HR and Administration, Christine Childress is responsible for providing human resources leadership for Pillar’s corporate office and affiliates.  This includes Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and Retention, Corporate Policies and Procedures, Legal Compliance, and Organizational Strategy.

Chris joined Pillar Income Asset Management in 2005 as Facilities Manager and has consistently employed her knowledge of human resource functions, office management, facilities management, and marketing.

Christine oversees the day-to-day business administration and operations management. She also manages special projects, such as Pillar’s current Marketing and Brand Positioning campaign, as well as developing non-profit programs for Pillar employees and affiliates.
