John Kirk is the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis(FP&A) for Pillar Income Asset Management. John is responsible in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, tailored to real estate investments, developments, and property management.

John has a diverse FP&A background spanning multiple sectors and top-tier companies. Over the course of his career, he's worked for industry leaders, including CBRE, Gainwell, Neiman Marcus, & Accenture,gaining expertise across real estate, technology consulting, retail, and financial services.

John holds a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas in Denton and is a US Army veteran.
