Randy Kostroske serves as the Vice President of Risk Management for Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. and its affiliated companies. Randy leads all aspects of the company’s corporate insurance program and risk management initiatives.

Prior to joining Pillar, Randy served as Executive Vice President of Risk Management at Howard Hughes Holdings, where he built and led the company’s enterprise risk infrastructure, oversaw insurance programs covering more than $5 billion in assets. Throughout his career, Randy has led enterprise risk strategy, insurance procurement, crisis management, and business continuity planning including the management of complex catastrophic loss events. Randy is skilled at creating successful risk management and internal audit departments while building effective and productive working relationships with insurance/finance professionals, staff and customers in all areas of business.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and is a CPA. He has been recognized by Insurance Business America and D CEO Magazine as a top risk management leader.
