Roland Lund serves as the Director of Human Resources for Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. and its affiliated companies. Roland leads the Human Resources and Payroll functions for the Company. With over 20 years of HR experience, Roland has deep expertise in HR strategy, employee relations,shared services, talent acquisition and development.

Prior to joining Pillar, Roland held HR leadership roles at Celanese Corporation and Laboratory Corporation of America with proven success in fostering inclusive cultures and aligning HR practices with business goals,leading process alignment initiatives and optimizing HRIS systems. He began his career working at non-profit organizations in Washington DC in an effort to advocate for positive change.

Roland graduated with a BA from Brown University and holds his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
